An evening of two full-length plays, one comedy and one drama, presented by Floor 13 Theatrical Laboratory at The Tank. The War Play, inspired by epic wartime poems, follows three couples through heartbreak and renewal, exploring where loss, grief, and hope interconnect. The Diner Play is set in rural Florida, where a determined young activist convinces townswomen to withhold sex from the gun-crazed men of their small alligator-infested town, inspiring change through absurdity. The company includes company directors Lindsey Alterman, Grayson May, and Will Penrose with a cast of company members; the season highlights where catharsis and community can be found in the center of war and violence.
