A licensed Food for Life instructor leads this interactive introductory class based on the Physicians Committee's Cancer Project curriculum. It covers how different foods and nutrients may promote or discourage the growth of breast and other cancers, includes a cooking demonstration, and sends participants home with affordable, easy recipes.
