A short film that shows four tiny portraits of Clara Schumann, Cicero, Martha Graham and Franz Kafka through the eyes of laughter. It was made by Maira Kalman and Alex Kalman. The screening is followed by a conversation with the filmmakers and a signing of Maira Kalman's new book, Joy. The filmmakers say they are amazed at how wonderful and terrible things are at the exact same time.
