Living History After Dark is a candlelit evening event that turns Fraunces Tavern Museum into an after-dark adventure, with costumed interpreters, rare artifacts unveiled just for the night, and tales from the Revolutionary era, ending with a themed goody bag. It is held by Fraunces Tavern Museum, which is owned and operated by Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, Inc. The museum invites everyone to experience history in a whole new light, and says the event is fun for all ages, with costumes encouraged but not required. Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 6:30pm.
