Make Your Own Gratitude Journal Bookbinding Workshop is a beginner-friendly, hands-on bookbinding session hosted by MindfulNYU and NYU Libraries. Participants get a step-by-step lesson in constructing and hand-sewing a blank gratitude journal, then decorating it with art supplies, with all bookbinding materials provided. The workshop explains how gratitude writing can rewire the brain to notice positive experiences, calming the nervous system and building emotional resilience. Attendees leave with a hand-bound journal and the foundational knowledge to sustain a gratitude journaling habit.
