It is presented by The Institute on Race, Power & Political Economy at The New School together with DOC NYC, as a partner screening of the DOC NYC Film Festival with Creatively Speaking. The films include 'Sole', 'Sonia', 'The Deli', 'Gaza Friends Club' and 'La Tierra del Valor (The Home of the Brave)', portraying unsung heroes whose courage and determination exemplify the American promise.
