Medical Education Grand Rounds is a lecture in the Grand Rounds series of Weill Cornell Medicine. The speaker is Lisa Meeks, PhD, MA, Clinical Professor in the Department of Medical Education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Her talk, "From Evidence to Action: Advancing Disability Inclusion Across the Medical Education Continuum," looks at disability-related barriers in undergraduate and graduate medical education. It examines how technical standards, learner privacy, and other factors shape disability-related decision-making, and explores strategies to strengthen collaboration and institutional support.
