It was conceived by Dennis Yueh-Yeh Li and is devised and performed by Shan Y. Chuang, Nikkiesha N. McLeod, Timmy Ong, Pascal Phoa, Jeremy Rafal, Nedelka Sotelo, and Fang Tseng. Seven immigrant artists from Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mexico, and Trinidad and Tobago reflect on their journeys to the United States—what they had to learn to survive and build a life, what they chose to carry with them from home, and what new parts of themselves emerged along the way. Through personal narration, poetry, music, dance, and stand-up comedy, they share these experiences on stage.", "url": "https://noky.io/en/new-york/events/moca-performs-echoes-of-arrival-becoming-54048/", "official_url": "https://www.mocanyc.org/event/moca-performs-echoes-of-arrival-becoming-5/", "image": "https://noky.io/images/f76fac89e905abd68b0a491b4c2addb494e8784b35b03b7c92e6f7bd935dcc6c-1200.webp", "dates": [{"start": "2026-11-06T19:00:00-05:00", "end": "2026-11-06T20:00:00-05:00", "place": "Museum of Chinese in America", "address": "Centre Street 215, 10013", "tickets": ""}], "similar": [{"title": "BONE ASH, MEMORY HOLES, THE RECIPES", "start": "2026-10-09T00:00:00-04:00", "end": "2026-11-04T00:00:00-05:00", "place": "NARS Foundation", "address": "46th Street 201, 11220", "price": "", "price_from": null, "price_to": null, "tickets_url": "", "category": "exhibitions-museums", "tags": ["art/mixed-media", "society/migration"], "description": "BONE ASH, MEMORY HOLES, THE RECIPES is a solo exhibition of works by Yoshie Sugito at the NARS Foundation's Project Space.
