An interactive musical storytime concert for young children and their families, best for ages 1 to 5. It is led by Kate Goldbas, an opera singer, author, and early childhood educator, and drummer Jake Goldbas, former principal drummer for Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway, together known as Goldbas Music. Families explore how melody, rhythm, and tempo tell the story of Kate's debut picture book and original song, I Wish That I Could Be A Whale, imagining singing like a whale, swinging like a monkey, and building like a beaver. Registration is required and the event takes place in the Members' Room, open to the public.
