Piccolo is a Story Time event for children ages 3 to 9, held with parental supervision. Author Dan Yaccarino reads his book about Piccolo, a stylish shrew and list maker who zips around the city on his scooter helping friends, including carrying Mr. Rosso's artwork to the museum. The tale of friendship and teamwork, with gelato along the way, shows that helping others is the most powerful triumph of all. The Italian American Museum puts on the event.
