RisoLAB Talks vol. 5 is an evening of conversation celebrating two new print projects by the SVA RisoLAB's Summer 2026 Artists in Residence, Travess Smalley and Kyle Canyon. The two artists discuss their Riso-based book and print editions in the context of their work and share their experiences at the RisoLAB, in a conversation and Q&A moderated by RisoLAB co-founder and director Panayiotis Terzis. Smalley presents experimental risograph editions alongside Pixel Rugs (Vetro Editions, 2026), a monograph of his project moving between digital images, pen plotter drawings, risograph prints and hand-knotted rugs, while Canyon presents Gauche Neapolitain Girl, a fast-paced comic about a rising Hollywood character actress. The event ends with a reception with drinks, where visitors can meet the artists and purchase their editions.
