Sandy Hook History House is a building from 1898 that once served as a lieutenant's quarters on Officers Row and is now furnished to the WWII era, the busiest time in the fort's history. It is presented by Gateway National Recreation Area. Visitors can explore it at their own pace on a self-guided tour.
