"Sculpting Sound: Günther Kieser’s Music Posters" is an exhibition at Poster House in New York City, shown in the Lower Level Hallways and taking about 20 minutes to see. It is curated by Tim Medland with exhibition design by Mihoshi Fukushima Clark. It presents the work of German designer Günther Kieser, who is best known for the posters he made for musical events over a career spanning four decades. The show highlights his three-dimensional models and collages for jazz and rock concerts, from his early 1950s posters to works for performers such as Miles Davis, Jefferson Airplane, and David Bowie.
