A guided forest bathing walk, a nature therapy based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, held on the Snug Harbor grounds. It invites you to reconnect with nature, your body and your senses through meditative, mindful invitations. Shinrin-Yoku United runs the workshop, which aims to softly reduce stress, relieve anxiety, induce calm and clarity, and increase creativity. Participants meet at the RCSF Tuscan Garden and proceed to the forest and Healing Garden on the south side of Snug Harbor; the event is rain or shine.
