Starring Math is an online discussion series about films connected to mathematics, presented by the National Museum of Mathematics. This session, titled “Mathematics Documentaries,” is hosted by Dr. Tiago Hirth, the museum’s 2026–2027 Visiting Professor for Public Outreach. He is joined by guests Nancy Blachman and Jon Roberts, who discuss the documentaries and the math behind them. Viewers watch the films beforehand and the session runs one hour, online only.
