Suminagashi: Japanese Marbling Art is a class at RESOBOX where you learn to gently drop ink onto the surface of water and guide the ripples with your breath, brushes, or even the subtlest movements of air. The designs you create are then transferred onto washi paper and even onto fabric items such as handkerchiefs, making one-of-a-kind works of art. The class is held at RESOBOX and no experience is necessary, with all materials provided. It is recommended for ages 12 and up.
