An evening conversation at Pioneer Works marking the publication of Terence Tao's first popular math book, Six Math Essentials. The Fields Medalist, often called the Mozart of mathematics, talks with Janna Levin, Pioneer Works' Founding Director of Sciences, about algebra, geometry, uncertainty, and how AI is reshaping his work. Tao signs copies of the book afterward, with books for sale on site, and the Amateur Astronomers Association offers stargazing in the garden before and after, weather permitting. Seating is first-come, first-served.
