The First Annual Chomps Chili Cook Off brings together the best chili recipes in New York City for a cookoff at Essex Kitchen. It is organized by Chomps Élysées as a fundraiser for the Food Education Fund, an organization that teaches culinary skills to high school students across the city. Cooks who think they make the city's best chili are invited to sign up.
