AUNTS takes over The Chocolate Factory Theater for 'The hAUNTing', a Halloween event that is a haunted house, a performance party, a concert, an altar, and a shifting maze all at once. Performances by Stephanie Acosta, Marguerite Hemmings, Kashia Kancey, Hadley Smith, Shamar Watt, Lauren Bakst + Kris Lee, Jesse Zarritt, and Holland Andrews, designed, tended, and dreamed by Jordan Lloyd, jess pretty, and Myssi Robinson. Throughout the night things appear and reappear: ghosts, guides, ushers, spirits, plant fairies, and grandmothers, as rooms shift and the architecture changes its mind. Guests may be led somewhere, asked to follow, witness, listen, dance, remember, or disappear, and are encouraged to come dressed for the occasion and ready to move.
