A guided meditation retreat on the Lamrim meditations, offering step-by-step practical guidance to a set of meditations said to contain the essence of all Buddha's wisdom and teachings and to lead to lasting inner peace and happiness. The sessions include a talk, Buddhist prayers and quiet time for contemplation and meditation. The retreat is led by Gen Kelsang Gyalchog, who has studied and taught Kadampa Buddhism since 1993 and was for many years the resident teacher at centres in Lucerne and Locarno. The retreat is held in German at the Kadampa Meditation Centre Switzerland in Zurich-Altstetten.
