An evening combining a relaxing meditation with an inspiring talk on a Buddhist theme, open to everyone, whether Buddhist or not, young or old. It is hosted by Kadampa Meditationszentrum Schweiz with Gen Kelsang Devi, a centre teacher and modern Buddhist nun of the New Kadampa Tradition. The theme for this evening is "Was ist Wirklichkeit? Die Natur der Leerheit entdecken", part of the series "Die Wirklichkeit erforschen: Freiheit finden in der Wahrheit der Leerheit". Each evening stands on its own, so a first visit is possible at any time, and the teaching is given in English with German translation.
