"50 Ausstellungen" is an exhibition looking back on 15 years of activity by the Kunstsammlung Albert und Melanie Rüegg foundation, which has staged 50 exhibitions at 5 locations. All the artists involved in these 50 exhibitions were asked to contribute a work, supplemented by a few loans. The result is a many-voiced picture of the foundation's work, which, with current local positions in contemporary art, revolves around the works of its founders Melanie Rüegg-Leuthold and Albert Rüegg. In the organizers' own words: it is going to be really good.
