This is a Buddhist practice session at the Kadampa Meditation Centre Switzerland in Zurich. The centre regularly offers sung prayers combined with meditation practices, called pujas, meant to bring inspiration, strength and protection. The session is the self-generation practice of Vajrayogini, a female enlightened deity of Highest Yoga Tantra who embodies the wisdom of all Buddhas and is known as the quick path to happiness. Taking part requires a Highest Yoga Tantra (HYT) empowerment, and relying on the practice sincerely with a good heart and trust is presented as a way to full enlightenment.
