A wine evening at Hotel Zürichberg dedicated to Valais wine. Winemaker Caroline Frey talks about the Benoît Dorsaz estate she took over in 2025, her philosophy and the alpine terroir of her wines. Afterwards, guests can taste four selected wines free of charge. She personally guides the tasting and chats directly with the guests.
