The Celtic Haka is a workshop using voice, body and breath, inspired by the Haka of the Maori. Behind it is Peter Oberhänsli, who wants to lead participants back to the power of their Celtic ancestors, their own roots and nature. In a protected setting, the group practises rituals and exercises meant to release old patterns and blocks and to strengthen the community. No prior knowledge or special physical fitness is needed.
