A bread-baking course at the baking and cooking school of the Museum Mühlerama. It is led by cookbook author and blogger Claudio del Principe, who is obsessed with baking with sourdough – and with Bianca, his mother yeast. Participants create their own lievito madre and learn relaxed dough handling for crispy pizza, aromatic focaccia and airy ciabatta. The course ends with an aperitivo featuring the baked goods, cheese, mortadella and a glass of wine.
