A talk and course offering of the University of Zurich on the topic of history in video games. Using Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Drazen Aulic-Baumgartner together with Tarin Zaugg presents digital reconstructions of Ancient Greece and places them in critical context. The event looks at how historical content is conveyed in the medium of video games and how it can be used for research and teaching. It is aimed at anyone interested.
