«Empowered Women» is a roughly ninety-minute workshop at the Gemeinschaftszentrum Wollishofen about body awareness, conscious breathing and dealing with stress and difficult emotions. The English-language class is led by Francesca, a holistic coach who works with body, mind and spirit. It is for women; from 19:10 onwards, partners, friends and children are welcome to join a meditation and an open sharing circle about connection, support and togetherness. Admission is free, and registration is available.
