Faszien-Fitness-Training is an exercise class in the large hall of GZ Bachwiesen. It is run by Patrizia Ambrosi, with whom registration is also possible by phone. Using foam rollers and suitable exercises, participants train the firmness, elasticity and flexibility of the fasciae (connective tissue). A trial lesson is only possible by prior arrangement via SMS.
