The Fondue Chinoise Cruise is a boat trip on Lake Zurich where Fondue Chinoise is served à discrétion: thinly sliced strips of meat boiled in a fine-flavoured broth, with a flavoursome vegetable Chinoise as a vegetarian alternative. It is run by Zürichsee Schifffahrt.
