The Fondue-Tram in its Graubünden Edition combines a ride through Zurich with a fondue made from genuine Bündner mountain cheese and selected specialities. The event is run by Verein graubündenVIVA. Guests are served, among other things, Bündnerfleisch, Bündner raw ham, Salsiz, vegan capuns and a sweet finish of Bündner Nusstörtli. The products come from producers from Graubünden.
