"Inside-Out – Tanz der Lebendigkeit" is a workshop combining free dance, mindful awareness and embodiment, in which inner experience finds expression in movement. It is led by Stefanie Nevo; participants are invited to see the body as a temple of the soul and to follow their own impulses within a held framework. No previous experience is needed, and in a small group all bodies are welcome. The idea is to follow the dance of your own liveliness and give space to what is within.
