Kafi Plus Halloween is a Halloween party for children in the CeCe area, where guests celebrate in costume. It is run by Verein ELCH, a family centre offering a spooky party under the motto "Süsses oder Saures?" (trick or treat). While the children have fun, parents can relax in the Kafi Plus café. The event is for children aged 3 and up accompanied by an adult, and no registration is needed.
