«Klangbad über Mittag» is a one-hour singing bowl meditation in which vibrations, resonances and harmonic sounds create a meditative space where body and mind can slow down. Behind the offering is Vera Domingos, whose project «Dem Klang Lang» brings years of experience in sound work and body and consciousness methods, including sound massage according to Peter Hess and systemic constellation work. She invites participants to let go, breathe deeply and arrive – the sounds calm the nervous system and create space to be fully present with oneself.
