"Gemeinsam getragen" is a mama-and-child yoga session followed by an exchange for mothers seeking a calm, connecting space without pressure or expectations. In the bright attic hall of the Gemeinschaftszentrum Witikon, it begins with about 45 minutes of gentle yoga and body work, with the children playfully included. Afterwards, tea and snacks await in the centre's café, along with an open, moderated circle for mothers to share. It is run by Sonja, a yoga teacher and mother; it takes place with at least three registered mothers, and participants should bring their own yoga mat.
