The Stiftung Arbeitskette invites guests to a goose dinner evening at the Krone: an exclusive four-course goose menu put together specially for the occasion is served, featuring geese from Robin Geiser's breeding. A carefully prepared goose takes centre stage, accompanied by finely balanced courses and classic pairings. An optional wine pairing is available, and early table reservations are recommended.
