'Martinigans in der Krone' is a festive goose evening featuring a goose menu put together exclusively for this occasion at the Krone. It is hosted by the Krone, an establishment of the Stiftung Arbeitskette. Guests are served finely matched courses with geese from Robin Geisser's breeding, classic accompaniments and a carefully prepared goose at the centre of the menu. A four-course menu is on offer, with drinks and a wine pairing available separately.
