"Meditation & Runterkommen" is a weekly meditation evening open to everyone, including beginners. Behind the offering is Michal, a certified meditation teacher and qualified mindfulness and life coach. At its core is Vipassana meditation, an ancient, non-religious practice of mindfully observing bodily sensations, thoughts and emotions. The evening consists of 60 minutes of guided meditation and 30 minutes for questions and exchange.
