Nia is more than fitness – it is the joy of movement, a combination of dance, strength, music and relaxation. The movement form stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action and combines nine movement forms, from Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do and Aikido via Jazz Dance, Modern Dance and Duncan Dance to Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique and Yoga. With elements such as Freedance, Floorplay and conscious expression, Nia invites you to experience your own body mindfully. The course for adults is run by Vincenzo Luciano.
