Mum's and Babies Yoga is a gentle, accessible yoga and movement class for mothers ready to return to movement after childbirth. Behind the class is Ana Trippi. Through mindful movement, breathwork and simple strengthening, participants can care for themselves while keeping their baby close: on the mat, in the pram or being held. Afterwards there are 15 minutes of tea time and community chat.
