Pilates Care is a course for learning the fundamentals of Pilates – suitable for beginners, senior participants, or after an injury break. It is run by Yasmin Moser-Müller, a Feldenkrais teacher and PilatesCare trainer. Unlike pure fitness Pilates, it works with very precise and slow movement sequences. Joining is possible at any time.
