A morning event combining Pilates and live music: after a short heart meditation, an activating Pilates flow leads into a free dance journey, ending with time to rest and reflect. Behind the event are Leila Mostafa, founder of AYAMA Concept, and Martina Fink, a health coach and Ecstatic Dance DJ who shapes the musical space live. It is about strength, body awareness and flowing movement, accompanied by music and fresh energy. The format brings sport and music together on a one-off morning.
