"Ein neues Weltbild" is a planetarium show about the birth of modern astronomy. It is presented live by Urs Scheifele and Matthias Hofer, who run the mobile Planetarium Zürich. The show tells how in 1609 Galileo Galilei first turned his telescope to the sky, discovering mountains on the Moon, the phases of Venus and moons circling Jupiter, while Kepler that same year published his first two laws of planetary motion. From the ancient view of the world to today's astronomy, the Earth gains a new place in the universe.
