A 90-minute pole dance course designed as an introduction to the acrobatic sport on the pole. Anita, who trains at Klub der Sportfreunde and has competed on the pole for ten years, teaches a warm-up, basic moves, a combination and stretching. The course welcomes beginners, returners and men alike, is limited to twelve participants, and takes place at the Polesportfreunde in Wetzikon.
