The text comes from journalist Nik Afanasjew, who visited the self-proclaimed city of the future and spoke with libertarian visionaries and entrepreneurs as well as with locals. The actress Vera Bommer reads the text; afterwards Afanasjew talks about his research and answers questions from the audience.
