Qi Gong is a course of slow, flowing movement exercises that strengthen the body and promote flexibility, balance, concentration and breathing. It is led by Nina Meisser, a Qi Gong teacher and movement pedagogue SBTG, at GZ Loogarten. The flow of life energy (Qi) is harmonised, bringing inner calm, relaxation and well-being. The course takes place on Tuesdays in the large hall.
