The Resilienz-Wochen offer interactive workshops, guided walks and expert talks to strengthen orientation, mental health and togetherness in the neighbourhood for more safety and self-efficacy in everyday life. Behind the series are GZ Wollishofen, the City of Zurich, the Stiftung Risiko-Dialog and the University of Zurich. It is aimed at everyone who wants to think along, join the discussion and help shape things.
