Rückbildungsyoga mit Baby is a gentle, holistic postnatal body training for mothers with babies from 6-8 weeks. The course is run by Geneviève Stucker (yogaincontact.ch) at the Gemeinschaftszentrum Oerlikon, in the group room on the 2nd floor. Targeted movement keeps back and neck muscles and the whole body supple, while progressive abdominal and pelvic floor exercises support postnatal recovery and strengthen the body. The course also offers a chance to recover, exchange with others, meet other mothers and spend a good time together.
