Rücken Pilates is a course combining back exercises, Pilates gymnastics and relaxation in the Great Hall of the Gemeinschaftszentrum Bachwiesen. It is run by Sabine Farner, a movement educator, and takes place each Tuesday. The course focuses on posture awareness, coordination, joint mobilisation, strengthening the stabilising muscles and stretching the muscles that have been worked. Entry is possible at any time, and a trial lesson costs 20 francs.
