Schwangerschaftsyoga combines strength, flexibility and stamina with calm, inner reflection and contact with the baby, sometimes working up a sweat, sometimes meditative movements that also help during birth. The classes are a moving form of birth preparation and are open to pregnant women in all trimesters. The course leader is Imke Albrecht, a midwife, lactation consultant, yoga and Pilates teacher, hypnobirthing instructor and birth preparation guide, whose themes from all these fields flow into the yoga lessons. The class can also be joined live from home via Zoom, and with a subscription there is access to the „Yoga“ module in Imke's app „Gemeinsam gebären“.
